Mr. Lee
Mr. Lee is a mysterious Zen like sage. His tentacles rest in a lotus position. His eyelids sit in a strong arch, with his eyes peering out at the bottom of his lids, ready for anything. Mr. Lee’s ancient wisdom is legendary the world over and it runs as deep as the oceans. He is not easily found. However, Mr. Lee has recently surfaced taking over as Director of the EIA (Eco Intelligence Agency) to lead the next generation of Eco-Agents.
He has chosen a handful of students to help protect and defend the earth, sea and sky from eminent danger. He has selected Danny Dolphin as his protégée. It’s Danny’s quest to protect the waters of the world and all its creatures from Sea to Sky and Mr. Lee respects this.
This omnipotent oracle is master of the Aquatica Arts (like Karate). Mr. Lee has been known to administer a few lessons to those who get out of hand. He puts his students through rigorous training of both mind and body. This mellow, seemingly peaceful character appears to be at rest, but is lightning quick when necessary. He will vanish into thin water using his ink cloud as his magic. No one understands this power. It is part of the great enigma that is… Mr. Lee.
Stony Crab
Stony Crab is a very hip and playful crab. He loves the low tide, sandbars and warm waters. His claws are best known for being a tasty tropical snack. But in this case he’s Mr. Personality! Stony Crab keeps the beach bunch up to date on beach news, pressing matters and of course all fish fry’s. He likes to keep the beat on the beach. He’s quite the little rocker too! Whether he’s hitting the bongos for a conga line or playing drums in Holly Mackerel’s band the “Neptoons,” the always-entertaining Stony Crab is friends with everybody and the life of the party.
No one ever messes with Stony, he’s too cool for that. Stony’s designed with one claw hanging from a chain and he boasts a devious grin. You can bet he’s always up to something.
His hobbies include cutting hair and chillin’ on the beach. He’s got style, attitude and a rugged exterior. He hangs with Danny Dolphin and Sid “The Surfin” Seagull. And don’t tell anyone, but he’s got a secret crush on Sabrina Star.

Sunny
Sunny is one hot character. Sometimes, he’s deceptively hot. In fact, he’s so hot he’s cool. Especially with those cool dark shades and his long wavy rays. You better watch out he’s known to leave his sun-kissed mark on beach goers. Remember he’s not just blowing sunshine; it’s time to cover up when he’s around. There’s nothing new under the sun and this old “sol” has seen it all. That’s why he’s boasts a very satisfied smile. Plus, he’s quite the prankster too.
He gets that big teethy grin whenever he’s done something he is particularly proud of. Which is quite often. For example, he’ll hide behind the clouds as a ruse, and then, will suddenly reappear, making everyone’s day on the coast a perfect one.
For the most part though, Sunny happily glows keeping the Beach Bunch warm. His talents really shine in the morning and at dusk. That’s when his artistic side really shows. Perhaps you’re familiar with his work? If not, check him out at the end of a perfect beach day as he boasts amber glows and paints the sky with every color and hue imaginable. He represents the sky and all of its splendor! He is the Day and rests at night.
Delphine Dolphin
Delphine Dolphin and Craig Conch Ahh… the quintessential opposites attract. They are an inseparable pair. She’s a soft gentle spirit always with a smile. She sits in a curved position so that Craig Conch can sit snuggled contently on her tail. He is totally smitten with Delphine and even holds her fin with one claw. His little bug eyes look up at her with total admiration.
Delphine, a single mom, is just trying to make it in the deep blue sea. Her husband was caught in a tuna net and taken away from his family. Thanks to her brother Danny Dolphin and her little friend Craig Conch she has been able to take care of her beautiful calf, Bonita “The Bottlenose” Dolphin. This unusual family is a shining example of great Love and immeasurable Spirit!
Caron The Chameleon
Caron The Chameleon is a highly intellectual and adorable Chameleon. She has big eyes and long lashes, defined pretty lips and a big heart. Between her big heart and her academic ways it makes it very easy for the Beach Bunch to call on Caron for advice. She’s had lots of learning and experience and tends to know things.
She also likes to take in a laugh or two with old friend Marv The Manatee. They like to bounce things off each other. Both having wisdom and experience they make a great team. Plus, they have much fun together sarcastically addressing the latest news or coastline gossip. Sometimes when there is a particularly perplexing situation, they like to call on friend and respected colleague Elton the Egret. He’s got the facts on the scientific angle.
Carón also has a special love for the night. That’s why she wears a lovely outfit patterned with stars. Carón spends many evenings in intense intellectual debate with Luna & Twinkie, over matters concerning the earth, sea and sky. She’s very well read and deceptively smart. Like all good chameleons, she changes with the scenery and topic of conversation.
Tucker Turtle
Tucker Turtle likes to take his time and enjoy the ride. He prefers a tasty wave and the feel of soft warm sand under his webbed toes. He’s not particularly fond of being busy; its too exhausting. In fact, that’s where he gets his name. It takes him so long to get anywhere on account of he tuckers out and takes breaks along the way. Never in a hurry to really get anywhere, he coasts along until his buds show up for some surfin’ and snackin’. He’s quite fond of body surfing. He’s also been known to splash around with pals Danny Dolphin & Sid “The Surfin’” Seagull.
Tucker’s not a particularly showy character, but every once in a while, late at night at the Seaweed Shack, he’s been known to dance right out of his shell making quite a spectacle of himself. But that’s what the groovy music of “Holly Mackerel and the Neptoon’s” can do. Tucker knows the beat of the beach can do wonders for the soul!
Tommy “Toolz” Tarpon
Tommy “Toolz” Tarpon is tall, long, lanky and lean. He and Billy Bob Bass are great friends. They’re good ol’ southern buds. Tommy wears a baseball cap and a tool belt around his waist, with a hammer and screwdriver.
Tommy’s the guy every one calls when stuff needs fixin’. But he’s famous for breaking half of what he fixes! His fun loving, boisterous ways make him lots of fun at the beach Fish Frys.
He too, like Billy Bob Bass, digs the “tadpoles”. But, his line dropping ways just don’t cut it with the ladies! So, he’s not too choosey about his dates. When he’s not striking out with the girls, he’s on stage at the Seaweed Shack with bandmates Billy Bob, Holly Mackerel and Stony Crab. “Toolz”, as they call him, can lay down the licks as lead guitarist for the band the “Neptoons” like an electric eel thrown in a bathtub! Shocking, isn’t it?
Suzi Spoonbill
Suzi Spoonbill is a Roseate Spoonbill. Often confused with the Pink Flamingo, these beautiful pink-feathered birds have long snouts and a spoon shaped disk at the tip of their bill. They get their beautiful color from eating their favorite snack: shrimp. Roseate Spoonbills are large wading birds and can be found in many tropical environments, but they are not always easy to find.
Suzi Spoonbill has a beautiful, long slender beak with huge lips at the end of her spoonbill. She boasts long eyelashes, a sophisticated feathered headdress and a puffed out glamour girl pose. Suzi is smart, sassy, cute and cartoony with Movie Star pin up girl good looks. Wherever Suzi goes, you can bet there’s a flock to follow. It’s no surprise that Suzi is the spokes-bird for The Sea Reel Life. She definitely knows how to ruffle some feathers! She’s very vocal about her love of the environment and always insists how important it is to recycle and to keep our waters and beaches clean. She’s very popular and she’s friends with all the other girls on the seashore. You can often find her hangin’ at the Seaweed Shack, listening to the cool stylings of good friend Holly Mackerel and snacking on a shrimp cocktail!
Stu “The Spoiler” Snook
Stu “The Spoiler” Snook always says “They don’t give me this racing stripe for nothing.” That’s because he’s quite the little speedster! You’ll always find him zipping by. Stu stands in take off position, ball cap backwards, sunglasses gleaming with a slick black racing stripe down his back.
He holds an angler’s hook in his fin. Stu is famous for evading the hook and likes showing off by displaying it as his trophy. He teases friends Tommy “Toolz” Tarpon and Billy Bob Bass about how he can outsmart even the most talented of the fishermen. So what we’ve got here is an athletic, lean, muscular, agile fish with a brain. The girls swim up stream just to get a glance. This athlete always seems to get all the attention. From the angry anglers to the lady fish Stu “The Spoiler” Snook is quite the appetizing dish!
Sami Seahorse
Sami Seahorse is a beautiful, sweet, sophisticated little fireball. Sami is sleek with long eyelashes, innocent green eyes and boasts diamond bubbles floating from her nose. Plus she’s smaller than most, so she uses that to her advantage. She can squeeze into almost any space, which is just one reason why she makes such a great undercover Eco-Agent. Her partners are Phil Frog and Danny Dolphin. But it’s all hush hush. She’s also a master at camouflage and uses her bright colors to hide herself inside coral reefs.
She may be tiny, but she makes up for it in spirit. And smarts? Oh does she have smarts. So don’t mess with her. She can be surprisingly clever & outspoken when necessary. Plus, she’s never wrong. It’s really quite amazing and can be rather frustrating. This tiny little Sea Pony is quite the environmentalist. She’s naturally sensitive to environmental changes and this gives her great intuition for her job working undercover for the EIA (Eco Intelligence Agency). She helps inspire everyone she meets to protect the earth.
No one’s perfect though, and she does have a tendency to be a bit clumsy. Not to mention, she’s got this problem with allergies. She tends to sneeze at the most inopportune times. When you see those floating bubbles pop, there’s a good chance Sami’s been there.
Sabrina Star
Sabrina Star is our little Sea Star! Sea Stars come in an array of vibrant colors from orange and red to coral and pink. Sabrina Star is the Hollywood Glamour Starlet type. Sabrina can usually be found sunbathing on the rocks in warm tropical waters or dancing at the “Sand Bar” at sunset. She’s quite the little twinkle toes.
Sabrina wears a fabulous bikini and a pair of cat eyed rimmed sunglasses. She holds a towel on her shoulder and always wears her big floppy hat. A girl’s got to keep her skin tone just perfect, after all. You’ll find she loves to pose and strut on the beach. Plus, she just adores the surf.
Stony Crab is known to have little crush on her. But he’s too crabby for Sabrina, not to mention she loves to flirt. When she’s not flirting she’s getting the scoop on the latest beach scuttlebutt. She and her girlfriends Holly Mackerel, Suzi Spoonbill and Sami Seahorse meet at the shoreline each day for seaside gossip! Hey a girl’s gotta have a hobby! Sabrina Star is definitely a Beach Bunch cutie.
Phil Frog
Phil Frog is a fun loving Beach Bunch favorite. He wears long Hawaiian shorts and a pooka shell necklace. He has a hang ten sign from one hand and a thumb’s up on the other and raps around your necklace hanging from one arm and knee. He’s an extremely charismatic frog, which lends itself to his many occupations. Phil is very busy! During the day he works as a camp counselor with the little squids and tadpoles at Squid Camp! But one job is not enough for the energetic Phil. You can usually find him nights at the Raw Bar serving up his famous Rock Lobster Shooter!
But wait there’s more. Late in the night, when everyone’s tucked in bed asleep, Phil darts out into the night as Eco Agent Phil Frog First Class. Phil’s a lean, green, planet savin’ machine. He’s one of the best agents in the Eco Intelligence Agency, thanks to his sleek build, great agility and mobility. He can do stuff no one else can. What is his job, you ask? Well he’s so deep undercover no one really knows. But what we can tell you is that he has a life long pursuit to catch the bad guy hurting the environment! Think about it folks, no one would ever suspect a cute innocent little frog.
Oh, and that job at Squid Camp? That’s the EIA’s secret recruiting arena. Shhh, don’t tell anyone. He has been known to partner up with the likes of Danny Dolphin and Sami Seahorse. And… among his favorite snacks: mesquite grilled mosquitoes and french fried caterpillar.
Nick the Shrimp
Nick the Shrimp is the classic little guy meets big world. Lets just say he’s got a few issues. First, all the “cool” fish are big. Like his secret idol Mark the Shark. But not only is Nick small… he’s a bottom feeder too. Which earns him plenty of remarks! And the whole shrimp on the Barbie thing… not an easy label to overcome, either. Then there’s the whole neurotic clean freak thing. This shrimp is very meticulous about keeping his surroundings neat and tidy. His attention to detail is astounding! Everyone says so, so it must be true.
Which, oddly enough has made him the perfect assistant for Elaine Angel, the resident event coordinator. He also works the kitchen with Louie Da’ Lobster. They’re practically famous for cookin’ up many Creole classics. One of his signature features includes a twist of lemon to accompany his vegetarian dishes.
His clothing you ask? This small shot presents himself as appetizing as his dishes. He is very Parisian sheik with his fitted striped white tee shirt and sporty & snazzy mustache. You’ll notice that teethy smirk on his face as if he’s up to something. Many times it involves using his cute stature to get the job done. You can’t count out cuteness. You can bet Nick is always working the angle, somewhere, somehow, on somebody. But the results are always delicious.
Mickey Macaw
Mickey Macaw is one salty character with a colorfully lovable twist. The only thing more colorful than his feathers is his personality. This zany guy lives on a boat in the Florida Keys but is known to fly off for weeks or even months! No one really knows where he goes or what he’s doing, but one thing is for sure, this fine feathered friend’s high flying adventures lead to great stories as big as the sky. Like the time his ship was anchored off the coast of Brazil, many moons ago. Where the air is clean and the fruit is always ripe. All of a sudden his ship was besieged with pirates. There must have been hundreds of them. Thousands even.
His Captain and shipmates were overwhelmed and needed help from above. So Mickey, wasting no time, flew off to the Amazon Rain Forest where he organized the Great Bird Rebellion. What! You say you’ve never heard of it? Legend has it that Mickey single handedly organized every bird in the Rain Forest to fly out at once and peck and poop on all the pirates until they were defenseless and retreated, never to mess with the likes of Mickey Macaw again.
His good friend Capt’n Pete, another fine feathered friend, helps to keep the history of Mickey’s adventures alive with his stories of the past. But sometimes, Pete mixes up his stories with Mickey’s and no one’s ever really sure which tale belongs to which bird. That’s what happens when you spend too much time in the sun and on the water. The Sea Reel Life is a world of its own.
Marv the Manatee
Marv the Manatee has lots and lots of whiskers, and is known to prune them in public. Always quick with a smile, Marv’s a wise and lovable old salt of the sea who teaches about saving the planet. In fact, he’s got it written on his tee shirt. He’s funny and charismatic, but at the same time is extremely sarcastic.
Marv has been around a long time and he’s heard it all, leaving him very little tolerance for those out to hurt the environment. He knows first hand of the treachery of the waters and he’s got the scars to prove it.
You’ll always find he’s up for a Fish Fry at the beach! Marv loves a good snack! He’s actually famous for his seaweed soup. His secret ingredients include Bay Leaves and a pinch of Sea Salt. Marv can often be found exchanging recipes with good friend Louie Da’ Lobster, that Creole Crustacean. He, like Louie, likes to tell lots of stories. Sometimes he teams up with great friend Caron the Chameleon. They spend hours talking, telling tales and laughing. Between the two of them they astound and entertain everyone on the beach with their legendary anecdotes and fish tales.
Mark the Shark
Mark the Shark is quite the traveler. He can be found in both cold and warm waters! He’s also a little misunderstood. It’s probably due to his legendary appetite. He’s not too fussy about his choice of snacks either. In fact, he’ll pretty much eat anything and his table manners leave a lot to be desired.
That’s why he doesn’t get invited to the Sea Reel Life Fish Frys. Plus, he’s a rough and tumble kind of guy. Some may even call him a bruiser.
Mark wears a mini visor, flexes his big muscles, boasts a smarmy smile bearing lots of teeth, and has a big stogie cigar hanging out of his mouth. Mark loves to indulge in a good card game with the BOYZ! That includes Tommy “Toolz” Tarpon, Billy Bob Bass, and Louie Da’ Lobster! The BOYZ like to mix things up a little. But in the end, they always come through for the environment! Oh, and one more thing, Mark likes to think of himself as somewhat of a ladies man. But there’s only one fish in the sea for this shark. That’s Holly Mackerel… although he’ll never admit it.
Luna and Twinkie
Ahh… the night! Luna and Twinkie are perfect companions. They are a celebration of the eve. Luna and Twinkie hold the secrets of the universe. They’ve seen it all! They are great friends and have a special love of the night.
Luna represents the softer side of night, with her calm presence and warm glow. She wears a patterned pajama hat, has a sleepy doe eyed look, perky little nose and very content smile. She’ll lullaby you to sleep with stories of forgotten civilizations and mysteries of the cosmos. Luna is always ready for a good night’s rest.
Twinkie on the other hand, is a nightlife specialist! With his big teethy grin, bow tie and top hat, he sleeps all day and parties all night. Twinkie is Mr. Bright Lights Big City. He stays up and entertains the world making sure no one is ever truly alone. He is the twinkle in Luna’s eye. But, don’t count out Luna’s flair for the dramatic. She too has been known to stay up late once in a while and keep the world lit from above.
Louie Da’ Lobster
Louie Da’ Lobster is the soul of New Orleans. When this ragin’ Cajun is ready to party, everyone is invited. He cooks up the meanest Seaweed Gumbo this side of the bayou. He’s very proud to be everyone’s favorite Creole cook. However, Louie runs a very tight kitchen making him very demanding. His good “old-fashioned” Fish Frys have to be just perfect. Only Nick The Shrimp can put up with his persnickety ways. You can imagine the roar of overheated discussions when they’re left alone for too long. Some suggest that shouting can be heard as those two argue over ingredients. But in the end they come to a mouth-wateringly scrumptious compromise!
Louie may have a hard and crotchety exterior but he’s really just an ol’ softy inside. He’s certainly had his share of heartache. He’s loved and lost many times, and his friends find his stories of his days on the Bayou great comfort.
When he’s not cookin’ something up on the fire, he’s heating up the dance floor at the Seaweed Shack! He can be found many nights up on that stage blowing his little claws off on saxophone in Holly Mackerel’s band the “Neptoons”. Louie is quite the instrumentalist; he can blow any kind of horn like a pro. You should see how his cheeks turn into round little blowfish with each note. Always a hit with the crowds, Louie is everyone’s favorite crotchety crustacean!
Laura Loggerhead
Laura Loggerhead is really a tribute to moms everywhere! Whether they’re first time expecting new mothers or moms for over 50 years, Laura is sure to be the perfect gift for the mom in your life. Laura Loggerhead is in walking position protectively snuggling her eggs in her arms while her umbrella keeps them covered from the sun. Laura is the typical overprotective mom. She’s always looking for the perfect covered spot to lay her eggs.
Just like people, Laura wants her children to grow up in a safe and healthy environment! So here’s to mom and thanks for all you do!
Elton The Egret
Elton The Egret is not your typical birdbrain. He is an instinctually brilliant science and math expert.
You can often spot him pacing back and forth on those twigs he calls legs along the water’s edge formulating some sort of solution to some sort of problem. You can tell he’s on to something big when you see his feathers start to ruffle and his wings begin a’flapping. When he comes up with an exceptional resolution he’ll often exclaim out “That’s Priceless!” always taking as much credit for his personal genius as possible.
But he is not all brains you know. He’s got his own sense of style as he sports an adorable bow tie and thick pair of spectacles. Elton loves a good intellectual debate and that makes him great pals with Carón the Chameleon. They are known to deliberate on various topics for days, even weeks. But you’ve got to love Elton… the always engaging, sometimes enraging, but always enchanting, brainy little bird with a clue.
Holly Mackerel
Holly Mackerel is one fine Mackerel and indigenous to Atlantic waters. Mackerels are known to be very strong and feisty and Holly Mackerel is no exception. In this case she’s racy, curvy & sassy with almond shaped eyes and heavy sensuous lids. She gets lots of attention, especially in her tight fitted strapless evening dress.
Holly’s got water smarts and always lands on her fins. It helps give her the soul in that deep blue singing voice of hers. You can usually find Holly playing it cool in the lounge at The Seaweed Shack, the local raw bar, crooning to her fans. While Holly is working those hips and lips on stage, Tommy Toolz Tarpon is on guitar, Billy Bob Bass is on bass, Stony Crab plays drums and Louie Da’ Lobster blows sax as her back up band “The Neptoons.” You can bet they’re always a big splash with the crowds. When she’s not packing them in like sardines at the “Shack” she hangs out with Sabrina Star and Suzi Spoonbill, the popular crowd. Holly’s got attitude and is a bit rough around the edges. But beneath her buxom exterior she has a fragile heart and secretly hopes to tame Mark the Shark and one day settle down.
Elaine Angel
Elaine Angel is a sophisticated beauty with plenty of class and taste. She’s known for her bright colors and bubbly personality. She’s the “Bell of the Ball,” after all! This makes her the best little event planner this side of the Atlantic Ocean. With her beautiful large round eyes, puffy full lips and sleek curves, she gets the job done with a wink and a smile. No one can say no to this classic beauty. She and her neurotic assistant Nick the Shrimp are famous throughout the waters for their fantastic beach bashes and pep rallies! They usually meet at the Warm Water Coral Reef Condos to discuss menu choices and décor. What fun!
As far as the men are concerned she’s quite the spicy dish! But Elaine’s got a thing for Stu “The Spoiler” Snook. She likes to play hard to get. She’s a slippery one, she is. But Elaine loves the attention. She gets that twinkle in her eye whenever he’s around. Yep, Stu definitely has her heart. She loves a brainy athlete, and no one can swim or out-think like Stu! However, this little executive is too busy for a relationship. In her spare time, Elaine heads up committees and is always involving the Beach Bunch in some environmental cause or another. She can be a little bossy when necessary and has been known to take advantage of her good looks! But it’s always for a good cause and her parties, Fish Frys and environmental pep rallies are known as the finest on the coastline!
Danny Dolphin
Danny Dolphin a wide-eyed teen dolphin wears his ball cap backwards, a pair of sunglasses and of course, day glow orange and yellow swim trunks. Like all teenagers keeping up with the latest beach fashion, he is always in style. Not to mention his friends can always spot him a mile away. Danny loves bodysurfing, volleyball and hanging with his buds on the shoreline. Danny is fun loving, charismatic and can be best summed up as a cool breeze on a warm day! Being a young dolphin with lots of vigor and energy makes him popular with the beach crowd.
This also makes him the perfect candidate to be enlisted by the EIA (Eco Intelligence Agency). You see his charming and magnetic personality is no coincidence. It comes from deep within his roots. Danny is a dolphin with history.
His ancestors were the famous ambassador dolphins of the ancient lost city of Atlantis due to their superior communication skills. The directors at the EIA have kept close watch on Danny waiting for just the right time to bring him into the fold. Danny has much to live up to. He is a dolphin with a porpoise (no pun intended) and a mission! That is, to keep the environment safe for all living creatures, land, sea & sky, in order to maintain proper balance and harmony with nature. Mr. Lee, the omnipotent oracle master and head of the EIA, has chosen Danny as his protégée. Danny’s mission? To lead the next generation of Eco-Agents and help save our planet.
Capt’n Pete
Capt’n Pete is a goofy looking, fun loving Brown Pelican. Pete has big googley eyes, and wears a sailor’s hat and an inner tube, just in case. A captain’s got to be prepared after all. He’s been known to run aground, even with all his Eco-Agent training. Capt’n Pete retired from the EIA (Eco Intelligence Agency) Naval Division some years back. But there’s something brewing out there and he may be needed again. It looks like this bird, who takes his Eco-Agent training very seriously, is about to be pulled out of retirement to train the new recruits, which is just fine with him.
Capt’n Pete is happiest when he bellows at the troops. He has a way of getting the new recruits’ tail feathers to fly in formation! This kind of work gives him a little flicker in his tummy. Boy does he like to work and shout. “Does a body good, to work… and work hard! Get up off that tail feather and Fly! Fly!” Pete’s been known to yell.
However, when he’s not working, his hobbies include sailing and fishing… and pooping. He’s got bird bombing down like a pro. He’s been target practicing so long, he can hit a gas guzzling tanker or SUV from a mile away. Ahh… the perfect recreational sport! He’s quite the storyteller too. He loves to boast about all his navel conquests. You may not know it, but Capt’n Pete’s got a soft side too. He’s got a little thing for Elaine Angel. He thinks she’s the perfect catch. But then again, who doesn’t?
Bonita “The Bottlenose” Dolphin
Bonita is simply the baby of the group! She’s delightfully adorable with great aquatic skills. Yep, she’s quite the spirited little swimmer! She gets her fins from her mom, Delphine Dolphin. And she learns a thing or two from her uncle, Danny Dolphin too.
She’s a happy go lucky little one set in a jumping position with her mouth open as if smiling! She has very long and pretty eyelashes with a happiness and innocence that brings joy to everyone she meets. It is easy to see why so many are jumping and falling for Bonita.
Billy Bob Bass
Billy Bob Bass is the resident hillbilly who always has a smile on his face. He’s a rock, blues and country music lovin’, seaweed drinkin’ tacky line dropper. He loves his jeans and tee shirt and sports a pudgy tummy.
In fact, his stomach even hangs over his belt. That’s because he eats & drinks too much! He loves the fried popcorn shrimp. When he’s not eating he’s chasing the women… unsuccessfully. He thinks if he drops enough tacky lines, he can hook one in. Like, “You look as sweet as eel sauce, my little tadpole.” He thinks those lines will get him somewhere but, not so much. Many times it’s the belching after the line that really turns them off.
He is great at one thing though, and that’s pickin’ and grinnin’ on bass guitar in Holly Mackerel’s band the “Neptoons”. The life of the party, Billy Bob can be found most nights at the The Seaweed Shack, the local raw bar, with good buddy Tommy “Toolz” Tarpon. They’re either backing up Holly Mackerel on stage or floundering around at the raw bar!
Barry “The Great” Blue Heron
Barry “The Great” Blue Heron has a propensity for staring. He gets this from all the golf he plays. He stands tall on the putting green in perfect position eyeing up his next great shot. There is no finer pleasure than the perfect shot for Barry. This tall bird’s hobby has made him a champion golfer. Like all serious golfers, he’s dressed to the “tee”. He makes quite the fashion statement with his collared golf shirt, visor and plaid trousers. He’s not much for heavy conversation either. He’s mostly interested in improving his golf game
But lately he’s learned of the hardships golf courses have put on the environment with all of their pesticides and toxic fertilizers. Where he was once a quiet, keep to himself kind of guy, he’s now become a spokes-bird for green golf courses. Barry feels that playing a game should not put such toxins into our waters and soil. He likes to talk about all the new solutions to harmful fertilizers, like Organic Kelp Extracts. Of course this perfect solution comes from the sea. Nature always seems to know exactly the right thing to do. This Organic Kelp Extract is a safe alternative to nourish the soil and acts as a growth stimulate for grass that helps sustain the natural beauty of golf courses. But Barry is not only about his soapbox. He tends to show up for each and every good “old-fashioned” Fish Fry!
